Sharon Darula, CMT
Sharon Darula is a certified massage therapist with a focus on holistic health. She has studied massage modalities through Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota and graduated from the massage therapy program at Ridgewater College in Hutchinson, Minnesota. Sharon is drawn toward the neurological connections of body and mind, and how massage therapy can facilitate that awareness to result in deeper healing. This led her to study Trauma Touch Therapy at Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, Colorado.
Massage sessions with Sharon can include therapeutic modalities such as cupping, hot stones and towels, relaxation, and trauma-informed massage. Sharon’s intuitive and calming presence creates a safe space for each individual through the flow of her sessions.
Receiving massage regularly is part of a healthy lifestyle. It improves circulation, reduces stress, and encourages natural healing capabilities of both body and mind. Therapeutic and relaxation massage complement other healthcare practices, such as chiropractic and acupuncture, to facilitate healing.
